Kindly refer to the registration tables below for the rates applicable to your profile. Each fully-paid delegate conference ticket includes a COMPLIMENTARY ticket to the ICAP Awards 2017 Gala Dinner. (Kindly RSVP on your Gala Dinner attendance during your conference registration) Please note that the student conference tickets and day pass DO NOT include admission to the ICAP Awards 2017 Gala Dinner.

ICAP 2017 Registration Policy

Early Bird registration discount ends on 31 August 2017
All registrations and payments received after 31 August 2017 must pay the standard registration fee. If payment is not received by 31 August 2017, you may still submit your registration with the standard rate fee.


Email Policy
TalentGrid Ventures does not share your email address with exhibitors. If you receive email from an exhibitor, contact the exhibitor directly to remove your name from their distribution list. You may also alert TalentGrid Ventures at info@talentgridventures.com

By registering for the conference, you are providing permission to receive emails, mailings and faxes related to TalentGrid Ventures. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials, you may unsubscribe or by emailing info@talengridventures.com


Badge Pickup
TalentGrid Ventures does not ship badges internationally. International attendees can pick up their conference badges onsite. To pick up your badge, you will need your Confirmation ID and a Government-issued picture ID.

Badge reprinting fee is S$25.

For security reasons, badge-swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be evicted from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled.


Acknowledgment of Registration
Acknowledgment of registration is auto-generated and will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process. Then, you will receive an email confirmation with the payment invoice.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full conference registrations, less a S$100 cancellation fee, are refundable only if submitted in writing to info@talentgridventures.com on or before 1st September 2017. Registrations and cancellations received after 1st September 2017 are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. Registrations must be charged to Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. No purchase orders are accepted. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash payments will be refunded by cheque.


Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Substitutions must be made in writing to info@talentgridventures.com

TalentGrid Ventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when programs are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. Should Innovating Care Asia Pacific 2017 be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next Innovating Care Asia Pacific annual event.


Other Policies
I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, without the express written permission of TalentGrid Ventures, any of the contents of the Innovating Care Asia Pacific 2017 attendee roster. I also agree not to use the roster contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes. No solicitation is permitted by anyone except by exhibitors within the confinement of their booths.

I understand that I am prohibited from recording any presentation session content unless I have obtained written permission in advance from TalentGrid Ventures.

By registering, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above including the use of photographic images.
Non-compliance will result in registration cancellation without refund.
